Shanghai Yucheng Machinery to Showcase Full Range of Automated Food Production Lines at 2026 Bakery China

Leading encrusting machine manufacturer brings 18 live production demonstrations to Hall 7, Booth 71C21, May 20–23

SHANGHAI, China — May 18, 2026 — Shanghai Yucheng Machinery Co., Ltd., a specialized manufacturer of food processing machinery with two decades of engineering experience, announced today that it will present its most comprehensive lineup yet at the upcoming 2026 Shanghai Spring National Expo held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Hongqiao). From May 20 to 23, visitors to Booth 71C21 in Hall 7 will see 18 fully operational production lines running continuously, covering mooncake, cookie, pastry, mochi, bread, and stuffed snack manufacturing.

The four-day exhibition marks one of the largest live demonstrations Yucheng has ever staged. Rather than displaying static units, the company has scheduled a rotating program in which machines produce actual products throughout the day. A 14-member on-site team, including senior technicians and application engineers, will handle dough preparation, machine setup, cleaning, and customer consultations in real time.

Among the headline equipment on the floor is the YC-178-3 three-dimensional mooncake production line, configured for 54g pieces with multi-color dough skins and flowing-center fillings. Alongside it, the YC-160-3 fancy mooncake line handles 80g products with up to three skin colors, while the YC-550 crispy mooncake line demonstrates a triple-extrusion system that pairs a crispy outer layer with molten core filling. For higher-volume producers, the one-out-of-two and one-out-of-three mooncake encrusting machines run non-stop in a closed-loop cycle, highlighting the kind of uninterrupted output that commercial bakeries need during peak seasons.

Cookie and biscuit manufacturers will find several dedicated systems. The YC-170-1 transverse slicing cookie line produces three-color patterned cookies at up to 20 pieces per minute, and the YC-168 Dubai soft cookie machine forms a chewy mochi-style outer dough around a rich cookie filling. Yucheng will also run its ultrasonic cookie cutting machine, which uses high-frequency vibration to slice nut-studded and sticky doughs without deformation or crumbing — a technology the company has refined for products ranging from energy bars to filled biscuits.

The booth extends well beyond traditional baked goods. The YC-178D automatic mochi tray-feeding line wraps chilled snow-skin dough around whipped cream and fresh fruit, while the YC-400-3 giant mochi cake line produces 500g multi-layer cakes combining Cantonese-style skin, lotus paste, snow skin, and red bean filling. For the bread category, the YC-600 dinner roll line forms 30g rolls with textured bean paste filling, and a steamed bun production line demonstrates the company’s reach into Asian staple foods. Rounding out the display are a peanut crisp line, Huangzhuang crisp pastry line, one-out-of-thirteen walnut cookie line, pineapple cake line, green rice ball wrapping machine, and a dedicated industrial washing system.

“What sets this exhibition apart is that every machine you see is making product you can taste,” said Wang Yangdong, factory manager of Shanghai Yucheng Machinery. “Our customers don’t buy a brochure — they buy consistency. Running 18 lines simultaneously for four days is the best way to prove that these machines can deliver day after day, not just in a test room.”

Based in Songjiang District, Shanghai, Yucheng Machinery designs and builds encrusting machines and complete food production lines for domestic and export markets. The company holds ISO 9001 certification and CE marking, and its equipment is currently in use in over 40 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. Product categories span mooncake machines, maamoul lines, cookie and biscuit systems, pastry and cake lines, mochi ice cream equipment, steamed bun machines, and meatball / fish ball forming lines.

In recent years the company has invested heavily in what it calls its Smart Food Factory 5.0 concept — integrating PLC control, recipe storage, automatic dough feeding, and in-line conveying into turnkey installations. Several machines at the Hongqiao booth will be networked to share production data, giving visitors a concrete view of how a single supplier can equip an entire bakery from mixing through packaging.

Yucheng welcomes food producers, distributors, and engineering partners to schedule a dedicated demonstration during the show. The technical team can adjust recipes, portion weights, and production speeds on request to simulate a customer’s actual product. On-site interpreters will be available for English-speaking visitors.
