What is cookie?

A cookie (American English: cookie, known in Taiwan as a cookie or sweet cookie) is a small, flat and sweet baked or cooked food. It usually contains flour, sugar and some kind of oil or fat. It is also possible to include other ingredients such as raisins, oats, chocolate chips, nuts, jams, etc.
