Maamoul Introduction

Maamoul is a traditional Middle Eastern pastry that is popular during festive occasions, especially during religious holidays like Eid. These pastries are characterized by their delicate, crumbly crust and a sweet filling, often made with dates, nuts (such as walnuts, pistachios, or almonds), or figs.

Maamoul (Arabic: معمول maʿmūl [mæʕˈmuːl]) is a filled butter cookie made with semolina flour. It is popular throughout the Arab world. The filling can be made with dried fruits like figs or dates or nuts such as pistachios or walnuts and occasionally almonds.

Maamoul are usually made during the Easter holiday, Purim, and a few days before Eid (then stored to be served with Arabic coffee and chocolate to guests who come during the holiday). It is popular throughout the Arab world,especially in the Arabian peninsula.

They may be in the shape of balls, domed or flattened cookies. They can either be decorated by hand or be made in special wooden moulds called tabe.

Warranty and Aftersell Service

Shanghai Yucheng machinery CO., LTD. warrants that machines and components are manufactured under strict quality control to assure normal operation. The warranty period is one year from the date of arriving at port. During the warranty period, the machine components (excluding consumable parts) will be repaired or replaced without any charge. Only the first purchaser is entitled to the warranty. Well preserving documents with the date of arriving at port is highly recommended. If the machine component is repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the warranty period is not renewable because of the repaired / replaced accessory component.

◎This warranty does not cover the following：1. consumable parts; 2. failure or damage resulting from misuse, accident, neglect, or misapplication;  3. damage resulting from modification without permission;  4. damage resulting improper maintenance;  5. failure or damage resulting from force majeure, such as nature disasters, wars, etc.

Beyond the warranty period or warranty void, customer shall be responsible for all the expenses incurred such as component, freight charge, daily salary, flight charge, etc.
