The YC-168 stuffing machine uses a hopper with a sealing device to prevent oil leakage from foods with high oil content and will not leak. The spiral pitch adopts a variable pitch push method, and the front pitch becomes smaller, which protects the product raw materials and reduces damage to the stuffing. In addition, the model also has an independently controlled third-level stuffing system, equipped with an independent motor and inverter, which is activated on the touch screen when in use and not started when not in use. This design enables the machine to save energy and maintain efficient operation during non-peak hours.
In order to ensure product quality and extend the service life of the equipment, the YC-168 stuffing machine uses a paddle and guide ring made of mold steel, which are more durable than ordinary stainless steel. The machine is also equipped with a Taiwan Delta brand electrical inverter, touch screen and PLC to ensure stability and convenience of operation.
